Richard B. Harrell, AIA
President

Mr. Harrell received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture from the Southern California Institute of Architecture at West Los Angeles, California in 1974, and is entering his 30th year in the building industry.
A licensed Architect in the states of California and Arizona, and a licensed Contractor in California, Mr. Harrell has had the opportunity to work on a diversity of projects, from commercial tenant improvements to new commercial and industrial buildings' design and construction. His attention to detail and quality has won him several design awards, and has constituted to his leading a successful professional firm for the last 19 years.
Mr. Harrell's professional affiliations include the American Institute of Architects, the Design/Build Institute, the Engineering Advisory Committee at Moorpark College and is the consulting architect for the Westlake Trails Home Owners' Association.
In addition, Mr. Harrell's community leadership is reflected as the President of the Management Advisory Board for Mary Health of the Sick Convalescent and Nursing Hospital, a member and past President of the Conejo Valley Rotary Club and a founding member of the Land Use Committee for the Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce.

As a licensed Architect, Craig is a valued member of Creative Structures. Fourteen years of experience in the construction and architectural fields has endowed Craig with first hand knowledge of the architect/contractor/client relationship.
Craig's expertise with CADD systems (computer aided drafting and design) has enhanced our team's capabilities, and has helped in expediting projects. His knowledge of building codes, Title 24 and thorough understanding of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), is vital to the timely production of design and precise drawings for construction. In addition to Craig's college education, his participation in seminars and forums gives Craig cutting edge knowledge of City, State and Federal requirements for all types of construction.
Craig's administrative experience is evidenced by the 185 projects he has overseen for CREATIVE STRUCTURES in the past five years.
