MARY HEALTH OF THE SICK CONVALESCENT AND NURSING HOSPITAL AND CONVENT -
NEWBURY PARK, CA
This 61 bed facility is comprised of patient rooms, offices, kitchen, recreation rooms, and convent. We are currently involved in various projects for a complete renovation of the facility, including: re-roofing of all complex buildings, addition of a new storage and new car garage, patio cover, HVAC re-design, installation of new Emergency Electrical Generator, creating new gardens on the front of their property, and complete renovation of the whole hospital.

PACIFIC SHORES HOSPITAL -
OXNARD, CA
Mental Health hospital for confined residents and out-patients. This facility is comprised of 17 private bedrooms, common dining and living room, kitchen and offices. This project consisted of providing new exhaust fans for air balancing.

LOS ROBLES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER -
THOUSAND OAKS, CA
Various projects including remodeling to their administrative offices and the Infectious Waste storage.

OUTPATIENT EYE SURGERY CENTERS -
STATEWIDE
These centers included one to three surgery rooms, recovery rooms, clean rooms, soiled rooms, support rooms, administration and offices, size ranging from 2,000 sq. ft. to 4,000 sq. ft.
